Eatin Lots of Fat with carbs = fat person?

 ???

hey i have been tryin a high fat diet and i can literally feel my test increasing, however i do seem to be adding some bodyfat around the waist area. Any tips on how to manage carbs on a high fat diet? i've realised i am actually eating alot of carbs along with fats in the same meal.

Is having lots of fat and a moderate amount of carbs in the same meal making me fat?

yes that could be the reason bro. insulin + saturated fats = fat storeage... also, eating carbs and fats, your total energy is adding up very quickly, so your likely to spill over into aripose that way as well.

you should try a carb cycling diet where you go high fat and only veggies and a couple pieces of fruits for 4-8 days, then go 1-3 days on higher carbs lower fats......

So in terms of Carb cycling, for 4-8 days its high fat high, protein and only carbs from fruit and vegetables?
An then after that for 1-3 days, Is it very low fat? high carb? or both moderate?

For the 1-3 days days of carb loading, what carbs do you suggest? Should i stay away from sugars?

okay well most guys are going to tell you only green leafy vegetables on the high fat days. BUT, they are not informed abotu fruit carbs. a green apple is going to lower insulin levels, boost fat metabolism, and preserve muscle glycogen.    so eat one in the morning and one at night.  other than that, just stick to veggies.   


   you get to decide how long you go on each burst for...    i suggest to stop the high fat days when you look flat and feel weak, and stop the high carb days when you look watery and soft. 

 the high carb days just include the essential fats. dont get any extra other than whats in your protein sources, and some fish oil and evening primrose.   


carb source really doesnt matter much.. but, if you can, stick to moderate carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice..

I'm really clueless about nutrition.
Usually i eat around 6 times per day.
 2 or 3 of those will be 1 pint of Full Fat Milk with about 50-100 grams of peanut butter blended in (usually one in the morning, maybe one mid afternoon and one before bed)
I try to have a Meal with a couple of diced chicken breasts and Vegetables stir fried with some soy sauce.
I have started trying to take in a few table spoons of olive oil throughout the day.
I include sugary snacks/junk 2-3 times perday

There is no real structure tio any of the meals so i think i need help in organising a meal plan for gaining lean body mass

I'm 6"0 at around 215-220, not FAT but not lean, with a fair amount of muscle.

Is it worth me trying to get down to 190-200 and then start with a new high quality diet?

you sound like you have an incredibly fast metabolism. i do not advise dieting, just do some morning cardio for a couple days i bet you lose that excess fat very quickly..   

okay i will say that the ollive oil is very good, cut out those sugary snakcs! insead, snack on porkrinds, beef jerky, macadamiiau nuts, cheese, olives.     

try to eat as much red meat and eggs as you can.


the key for you on your high fat days is high cholestrol/ high monounsaturated fats...

not only.   you can diminish your body composition by eaing "maintanence' calories yet havign poor macro combonations. like combingind moderate or fast digesing carbs with saturated fats.   or by eating carb when your sedentary.    its not just "calorie in vs calorie out" its much more complicated than that
