count your calories, eliminate sugar from your diet. Stay away from any Ephedra based supplements until you get your weight down and you get your high blood pressure under control. Cardio Twice a day, immediately after waking up, and then again in the evening. Keep cardio sessions to 45 minutes to an hour each. There is an ebook you might search google for. Its called "burn the fat feed the muscle".
Ok, well, it has been about a week, and I have been hitting the gym everyday, keeping my calorie count to about 2,000 and taking some good vitamins. (gmc men vitamin, zinc, vitamin c, etc)
I was on hydroxycut, and it made my heart go crazy, my chest got tight, it was pretty bad.
I will try to do cardio twice a day, I am doing it now for about 45 minutes / night, burning about 700 calories on a stair stepper.
I already went from 1 set (23 mins and being dead the first day) to two in a couple days, so that is good.
My diet has cleaned up, and I will keep you guys updated.
I am taking princess L's advice on supp's, and maybe I can do some ephedra when I get down to my goal weight (200) and see how I am then.
Thank you for the advice

It really helped me get in there and start it.
I will checkout EGCG, omega -3 fats, I drink a fair amount of water a day (try to get 6-8 "red cups" a day, then of course a good bit at the gym)
I will look for that ebook also, thanks!
