Why would you want to get rid of it? Cholesterol is totally over rated. What are your numbers?

Fact- half the people that have heart attacks and strokes have bad Cholesterol

Fact - the other half have normal to good levels

Worry about your ration and suppliment tons of fish and fish oil to balance your ratio

Fish oil does lower triglycerides but mega doses of fish oil have been shown to raise LDL.

I’ve not done much in the way of cholesterol research because it’s not yet a concern for me.
However, I did some minor investigating for a buddy of mine and received this information from a supplement company rep. after questioning the rather high level of chol. in one of his company’s products:

The cholesterol in whey and cocoa is not itself hdl or ldl - these are descriptions of what the body does with dietary cholesterol once it brings it into the body from food to be processed.
Typically, when reading a label, you want to look at the source of fat to determine if the nature is primarily saturated (bad - from animal products) or mono / polyunsaturated (good - from plants).
Another thing to consider is that the medical community now generally recognizes that there are basically two types of individuals - those that produce large amounts of cholesterol naturally and those that don't. In general, those that don't can take in larger amounts of dietary cholesterol with less negative effect while producers have to be very careful of what they consume.
It sounds like person you are talking to is probably a producer and as such his doctor has him closely watching his dietary cholesterol.
As such, he could use Whey Force as part of his daily program - assuming that he stays within the levels set for him by his doctor.
If it was me, I would probably look to some lower cholesterol sources like soy isolate, egg white, and/or casein and even consider adding specific aminos like glutamine and BCAAs.
Hope this helps.
Wish I could give you more info but of course I'm not a physician so not only would I not want to say anything contradictory for this individual but I would encourage him to show labels to his doctor for approval just to be sure.

Here's a good link for some info on cholesterol:

green tea, glucomannan, cardio, red wine, and high dose inositol hexiconate (form of niacin without flush nor liver toxicity). Low carbohydrate diet, along with decreased saturated fat intake. Possibly gugglesterones, although a recent study found it exacerbated hyperlipidemia.

dietary cholesterol has little effect on cholesterol biosynthesis, sat fat and sugar do. If you want to know more specific info on cholesterol and its role in the body and all the bullshit let me know, i dont want to write it out again.
