Yeah if all your dealing with is cold and cough bs then keep it going. It doesnt mean you have to train, but it would be smart to keep your blood levels stable.
Look at it this way, if you do come off because your sick, then you will need to start PCT, and that will really play havoc on your already ailing body. I would keep my levels stable, and get some good rest, then kick the training up when feeling better. Sometimes I will even continue when I'm sick, if its only a cold or something mild.
