blood in needle after injection
« on: March 02, 2009, 12:06:02 PM »
OK I have done 3 cycles in the past and on my 4th now and have had a problem that has never happend before. I wanted to shoot in my outer tricep head but having short arms it makes that difficult for me. I had my brother do it for me who has shot my glutes and delts before with no problem. This time he had a brain fart and stuck me too high missing my freaking tri, I wasnt paying attention until after all but half a cc was left. When he stoped blood made its way back into the syringe. I didnt feel anything at first thinking I lucked out but after 2 mins of waiting my arm started burning and now my shoulder to my elbow is sore as hell. My elbow feels real tight and burns especialy when I massage the shot area. What the hell is happening to me? Did he shoot im my blood stream or is it seeping into the blood?  If thats the case what are some things I can do to aid this allong?

Well its not seeping nor did he shoot direct into a vein. The needle more than likely passed through a vein, and this is what caused the blood in the pin. The reason its sore could be a few different reasons, but has nothing to do with injecting into a vein.

Its sore as hell. IDK whats going on with it. I wonder if he hit a nerve or something? It didnt hurt when he injected it. Ohh forgot to mention in the first post that im shooting 1ml test e 250mg 2x week and 1ml deca 250 2x week. Im on the third injection and I didnt have any pain from the first 2 injections and I even front loaded the first.

As 4th said, you passed through a vein and some of the Tren hit your bloodstream and went to your lungs as well.

Hopefully you didn't hit a nerve, that's a no-no.

i remember first time i shot into the quad, i was stupid and shot way to high and on the side (not into the teardrop shape muscle down closer to your knee, i hit a vein, pumped 3cc in and after 3 mins started to uncontrollably cough for 10 mins straight, scared the crap out of me.... lol for next couple days i could barely walk, after a week it was fine.  just ride it out man and see if it gets any better

Hey brotha, I hate to break the news to you, but when most people shoot their quads they shoot high and outside. Most don't (some do) shoot the tear drop as it is to close to the knee and could potentially cause problems.

For the OP if your still having problems go see the Doc.

hmm that strange i find the tear drop closer to the knee my favorite spot, also i remeber back when i started on this site someone showed me a link to a website that had a guy with  some huge quads who took pics on where to shoot and this helped me out.. but good to know thanks 4th

sorry this is more what i meant,

not down by the knee, actually i put my tips of fingers towards top of knee and whre the edge of my palm is towards side (about 7 inches back) is where i like to hit, i looked on spot injections and some of the side thigh ones is what i had problems with..

looks kind of high and outside to me! You should shoot even a little higher than this. The farther from the knee the better. I will usually shoot halfway between my hip and knee. The farther from any joint the better IMO.

I shot my tear drop once and it hurt like a bitch for days.  Anyone else have the same experience?

If it works for you then that's the sweet spot for you. Lots of people have problems shooting their quads.
