There are numerous YouTube videos, articles, and references to Peter Schiff being "right" rapidly circulating the globe. While Schiff was indeed correct about the US imploding, most of the praise heaped on Schiff is simply unwarranted, and I can prove it.

First, let's start with a look at the claim being made. Peter Schiff concludes many of his articles, books, etc. with the following statement........

Sure he called the implosion of the market.  But he cites the wrong reasons.

Schiff is dead wrong about the reasons for this collapse.  Not a little wrong.  A whole lllllot wrong.  He's an anti-gov. nut like his old man.

Schiff's pedigree is not good.  His father is a rabid anti-tax nut.  He's got it bad.  While that is not an iron clad indictment of the son, the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

I have also seen rather lengthy lists of things of which Schiff was dead wrong...things that cost his clients a lot of dollars

Roubini and Krugman also called the economic freefall far ahead of the field.
