I read guys like rpy callender used to chow down on loads of Dessicated liver tablets....what are the benifits of adding them to ur diet?

animal pak 2-3 hours before training...
omega 1/2 dose upon rising the other 1/2 before bed

Animal stak does work... im not going to act like it doesnt... its pricey but i do feel better and have better mental focus when im taking it... maybe its a placebo effects..

I used it, helped me trim off about 3% bodyfat...but made me hungry as hell, for some reason stimulants do that to me.

Beef liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods there is - iron, folic acid, vit. B-12, and a solid amino acid profile.

Well, liver tablets are just defatted, compressed liver.

I don’t know what Animal’s cost, but there’s a good chance you can get a generic brand for less $$.
