Has anybody used the Anabolic Diet? Most importantly used it while bulking? It seems real good on paper and I have abuddy at the gym who does it and he stays pretty shredded year round......
Basic Premise of the diet is M-F diet is comprised of 45% fats, 50% Protein and 5% Carbs (most say stay under 30 g. a day) Weekend diet is comprised of 24-48 hrs. of 10-15% fats, 60-70% carbs and 15-20% protein.
Anybody ever used this with any success?
I'm currently in my off season and looking to put on around 10 lbs. of muscle whilst still staying lean.....
