Some of those girls are pretty hot. Makes you wonder what they could have done to land them in there. Some of the release dates are crazy. Would anyone consider waiting and dating one of those chicks? When they come out what would that be like? I'd go with an inmate chick. And if you wouldn't go with one knowing and while they were in, what if you met a girl, dated for half a year and then she let you know she was ex-con?

George costanza on Seinfeld did exactly this. He dated a convict so he wouldn't have the stresses of an actual relationship in the real world. It was classic. I would totally do this If she was in a minimum security prison and was being released soon. And being a 9 or a 10

Don't forget the part that George did...when she broke out of prison because she fell head over heels for him. Went to his house and then someone (I think it was George) was arrested for harboring a fugitive.
Maybe a conjugal visit is great, but there are downsides to everything! Maybe his big brother pays you a visit to make sure you're being a good boy on the outside!
