That's the best one, where i live i know only one shop that sells it and it's allways sold out... Of course even that mag is not perfect or not even 100% BS free as they advertise it, but sure beats those article's on FLEX that tell you to use zink to grow big. :( Zink is an important nutrient, but it wont make anyone big...

Some of the interviews are good in some mags, some of the technical studies in MD are OK..."some" being the key word.

Bodybuilding websites have become more of the staple in the bodybuilding world than print...the print mags are dying. Plus, when it comes to truth vs bs, there's a lot less bs on the websites...yes, there's still some bullshit but far less.

Good point, lol! It's the forums where all the tough guy "owning" exist, lol! Lord help us...if world war 3 ever breaks out I can't wait till all of these MMA bad asses who thrive on these boards run for the hills to protect their new super douche hair cut!

IMO, there are several websites that have some really good info...I'm not talking about the forum but the actual website itself.

As for the most informative forums, RX Muscle seems to do a pretty good job with keeping up to date relevant info up...MD would probably be a close 2nd. Flex, their forum is awful, but there's still some OK info on the site itself...but it is the main one that reads as close to the actual print version than any of the others.

Bodybuilding.com used to be pretty decent, but they are more and more shifting towards MMA and away from BB. Kind of funny being that they are called a bodybuilding site, lol!

William Llewellyns column is my fav. THe othe columns written by doctors with controlled clinical studies on HRT and the effects thereof are also popular. They just recently did an article involving muscular biopsies right after the workout to find what kind of work load effect what muscles, and how it exactly affects them.

I just couldnt believe people were being paid enough to let someone yank a piece of flesh from their body to put under a microscope

Have not bought a mag in years.  In the last 10 years MD has been the best one IMO, which ain't really saying much cause most are just ridiculous IMO.  Also MD has SOooooo man ads!!  I understand the whole you need advertisers to make money thing but it is out of hand there.  I cant see any reason I would ever buy another BB mag.  Well rethink that, there will be one time and it will be a sad day for the whole industry/world.  All the mags will do tribute issues and we all know who I'm talking about, but thats the only reason I would ever buy another BB mag.

Those tribute issues are far far away... He's not living like MJ was...
The last action hero will see most of us to grave, i'm sure.

PS. I agree that the amount of ads in MD is just ridiculous... + ads themselves are so BS. "take this and grow 1244% more" but in real life one tab. of dianabol and a few eggs blows them away...

MD is supposed to be "hardcore" cause every month they print one or two long, boring, esoterric journal articles dealing with stupid topics like "the benefit of exogenous testosterone administration in burn victims"........or "preventing insulin-resistance in lab mice"..........please ::) ::)  fucking stupid.......there is no truth in that mag concerning steroids and their application with actual bodybuilders......no bodybuilders EVER give useful information about drugs, nor do they even mention they use them at all

flex, has admitted on several occasions that they realize steroids are a large part of pro bodybuilding, but that they choose to focus on the more positive aspects of the sport.
their pictorials are 10X better then MD, their training articles are better, their nutrition articles are 100 Xs better, and in words you can actually understand...........and their contest coverage is better.

MD is fucking lame, those ridiculous pictorials with kai greene flaring his nostils and screaming, the whole magazine is laid out shitty............if you want infor on gear........there are thousands of useful sources on the net and in print...........you shouldnt be looking for steroid-how-to's in magazines anyway.......plus, i hate that little f@ggot jew they have running things over there, i hate flex wheeler, i hate shawn ray..........and robbie durand.....i wont even comment.

Personally I think most (actually all) Mags suck. They are way to spendy, and mostly bs adds. Get on a good board with knowledgeable members and you will get just as much knowledge.

Magazines are garbage, more than half of the whole magazines are nothing but ads and pictures. I might look at them when at the store, but would never spend money on those things ever again, plus all the info that's in any of those magazines is on the web for free.

The best cycles I've ever ran were working with him.

palumbo gives terrible cycles in his coloumn

The cycles and plans he gives in the magazines are nothing like the ones he recommends in "real life." If you read any of his Q&A on RX Muscle you can easily see that.

I remember a couple years ago on MD someone asked him why his magazine recommendations and "real life" recommendations were so different. I can't remember what he said word for word, but it had to do with precautionary measures to some extent...remember, you have a lot of young kids reading those mags. It also had to do with, most people when they see a cycle plan...not talking about you educated get biggers...but you're every day gym rat...these people have become so accustomed to a certain protocol, the tapers at the beginning and end that are commonly found in his cycles in the mags, things like that, that if it's not laid out this way they won't look at it...this makes up a bigger portion of the juicing population than you might think.

As for those magazine cycles, is it the absolute best way to do things? No, probably not, but it will work to some level, and that's all most magazine people want.

I agree with about 80% of what you've said here..I'll pretend I didn't see the f@ggot jew part....MD is  lame alright...all marketing as the "hardcore" mag for steroids truth and info but you don't get that at all..just as you said..a bunch of studies that are basically irrelevant to bodybuilding....and the ads every three pages are so goddamn annoying..there is no continuity to the mag..just pages and pages of ads..at least there was somewhat of an edge to it when guys like Titus were writing articles....
