Welcome back Shrek! There will always be repeated posts & there will always be people sourcing I don't think there is anyway around that. People are lazy.

well shrek the topic is kind of narrow, weve already covered pretty much everything there is to cover. bodybuilding isnt rocket science, and even if it was, there is still a limit to the amount of info one can cover on rocket science and eventually that subject would become repetitive as well.

TB no offense but you are a typical know it all youngster..... obviously you have missed the main point as to this board needs some good action....... yes i know the same type of questions will be asked over and over again by the newbies and yes not too long ago i was the newbie but what i am seeing is no evolution everyone is at a stand still going along with the same ole same ole...........lets step it up

So very true!  People have a tendency to overcomplicate AAS useage.  I mean not much new that is worthwhile has come out in ages.  Once you learn the basics of hormones and the how they effect the body you pretty much know it.  Its like a forum on antibiotics, sure, alot to learn up front but after you do thats pretty much it.  That may not even be a great analogy cause more research goes into drugs like that than to hormones.

Bottom line learn till you are comfortable with your level of knowledge and then start taking some AAS, nothing special to do otherwise just procede like you were natural and trying to get big and leanish, the rest will come along just fine.  Yeah, yeah remember you learned about anti-Es, esters, pinning and rudimentry biochemistry in steroids 101. There is no action or evolution except for the individual.  If its a lack of participation that makes it seem less than new and exciting much of it has to do with tbomz original point and the fact that many "part timers" dont cycle or use AAS or seriously train till spring to look good for summer.
