What do you guys think is the optimal dose to keep gyno at bay during a cycle?  .25mg/day on monday and thursday enough?


or should would .25mg MWF be better?

and letro doesnt slow gains down does it?

I used this shit before because i tought i was getting gyno, big mistake. yeah it fucked up my system for months, couldnt stay hard with a bitch, had to take viagra EVERY single time, and when i say months, its like 5-6 months...

Why? Letrozole reduce estrogen by 98%+, which you need to get it hard

I suggest trying arimidex (Anastrozole), it reduce estrogen by 50%, should be enough to prevent gyno+ control excess water retention + it doesnt fuck up your immune system, lipids and joints like letrozole do and you still have the estrogen you need to grow and FUCK HOES

good point.  I looked into arimidex one time, but i cant remember why i chose not to use it.  i will look into it again.

i thought i had gyno and took letro at 2.5mg a day.. used it for 3 weeks and then my system was FUCKED just like yours.. couple weeks later i hooked up with my gf and it couldnt get any worse, she thought it was her bla bla... i didnt recover for a GOOD 4 months...never fucking again

took arimidex and i actually had a godly feeling and sex drive was still there at 1mg eod

I just take 1mg of letro on monday and thursday and have no issues with it
