its my second cycle ive always heard equi gives u a huge appetite?
seriously though,,,, on 400mg of test cyp a week. I do not want to get bloated, etc... whats the best way to assure lean gains? do lots of cardio and avoid carbs?

400mg or 400mg of prop or cyp is fuck all in real terms, for me personaly prop should be taken 100mg ed or 200mg eod... or for a beginer 200mg mon, wed, fri....i very much doubt youd get bloat, if u did u could use a small dose of arimidex and or natural herbal diuretics such as dandilion root..as an 'mma fighter' you should be doing tons of cardio in adition to your weights anyway, if your diets pretty clean you should be in very good shape in no time soon... a little clen wouldnt do any harm either
Sup fellas ive heard test is good for cutting. This might sound stupid but how do u diet when cuttin with test? I train hard at an mma gym one of the guys suggested test c and equipose for cuttting i figured id the experts thanks..
what?? test cyp, 400mg is a really good cycle, especially if its human grade gear!
