I just wanted some feedback. I'm 31 and just came off a basic cycle a bit ago and am putting together the plans for my next cycle now. My goals are to add more size of course but not sacrifice too much by the way of bodyfat. I'm 5'7 and 205 right now at right around 8% bf and have made some solid gains over the last year, (the first year in which I started using gear.) Anyway, my last cycle (which was my 2nd cycle ever) was test 500/wk, deca 250/wk and winny 50/day, (my first cycle ever was just test at 250/wk.)
I'm thinking about 500mg of test enanthate and 400mg of EQ a week, 50mg of anavar, (daily/8 weeks) and I'm going to throw in 2iu's of growth (6 days on 1 day off.) I'm going to stay with a low dose of aromasin each day or every other day and take a liver aid while on the anavar as well. I know the biggest factors with making the types of gains I want relates primarily to my diet and training and I'm pretty compulsive about both of mine.
I would just like to hear any other opinions on the doses I'm taking or any suggestions as it relates to what I'm taking. Obviously I'm still really new to using gear and welcome any feedback. I'm going to compete next year when I feel ready and have some great people who help me out but they all seem to have different opinions. I've done some research, etc., but would really appreciate some other knowledgable insight. Thanks
