Olympia 202 vs Figure O

Here is a post from Ron Harris where he is even confused about last minute money being dispersed to the 202 guys.
 
   "A PM just informed me that there was prize money for 2nd-5th places in the 202.

If that's true, WHY was it that only Kevin was announced as receiving money and given a check on stage? Why were the other top 5 guys not awarded their prizes like EVERY other top 5-6 that weekend, the Mr. O, Ms. O, Figure, Fitness, and Bikini O???

I was also told the top 5 were given a choice between either doing their posing routines or doing the top 5 comparisons and 'voted' for the comparisons. Really? Why did they have to make that choice? The top 5 202-pound bodybuilders in the world have to be rushed lest they take up too much time?? "

Perhaps not believing evrything you read on the internet might be of help....worse....you have people right here that you could ASK for clarification, rather than make bold statements based on some fool writing a report, who is actually DUMBER for writing like he knew the facts as well.....

I'm asking..........what were the remaining guys paid?

There was no "last minute money" being dispensed.....he's as confused as you are.  There was $20K we allotted for the 202 from day one...Ron of all people should no better than to write (or assume) anything without making a few phone calls first.  I'm a little surprised at his ignorance, as he's always seemed to be a stand up guy....

As for the specific breakdown,  1st paid 10K, then it was probably along the lines of: 1-10K, 2-4K, 3-3K, 4-2K, 5-1K
