I'm not talking about criminals (proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of their peers). However someone who is a suspected criminals (innocent until proven guilty) should be given the right to a speedy trial, and not held indefinitely without trial. That's BS. I haven't even gotten into the BS inequity for marginalized Americans.

If that's all you're talking about (holding detainees indefinitely without charges), then your comments are an overstatement.  As I mentioned, I don't agree with holding people indefinitely without charging them.  But that hardly makes our policies "unfair, brutal, [and] reprehensible."

We have an outstanding system.  You won't see us cutting off anyone's head, baiting students to cross the border and imprisoning them as "spies," stoning women to death for committing adultery, etc.  Even the worst of the worst eventually get their day in court.  Not a perfect system, but overall it's the best in the world.

If America is what she purports to be, ...this should not apply to anyone, ...American citizen or not.

Youve been living in a cage your entire life and you seem to be ok with it. Your trainer even gave you a laptop with a modem. Why are you so dead set against this policy?

And I have a problem if we are talking about American Citizens. But non citizens suspected of terrorism, or non- enemy combatants that fight against our military on the battlefield-- jail them forever with no trial and I could care less. They should be held until it is determined they are no longer a threat.

No, your preferred method appears to be a sniper's bullet to the brain. No you don't bait students to cross the border, you bait the dictators you arm into crossing borders, then you attack them. You couldn't possibly start killing adulterers in the USA. You'd have virtually no population left, ...let alone government officials.

The monkey trainer at the zoo you currently occupy must have extreme left wing leanings. However, I am astonished that a primate who is incapable of wiping its behind has the mental tenacity to occupy a regular and gimmick account on a website and post about politics. Perhaps the concept of crawling before walking eludes your trainer. Or possibly your trainer has its priorities out of order.

Snipers are good.  Attacking dictators (where appropriate) is good.  Your adultery comment is nonsensical, because (as I'm sure you know), I was referring to the barbaric system in Iran that is threatening to stone a woman to death for adultery.  In any event, it takes some serious delusion to compare an Iranian stoning with people in the U.S. who commit adultery.

BB- If a cockroach or mosquito offered a rebuttal to your position, would you take the time to explain yourself or would you merely ignore the parasitic rodent or squash the disease carrying pest?

Jag is on par intellectually with an insect. Wasting your time and energy on insects is only advisable if you are an exterminator.
