Flex was impressed by Cedric---or so the interview seemed like in MD---both are employed by MD...
I think Flex looks at the "freak factor" , he almost never really gives props to the Melvin Anthonys, Richard Jones, although he did say that Vic should have won the Mr. O in 2007, and he does give Dx props.
