took some tren e, i use to run 4 miles in just under 30 min, now forget about it, i feel like i am going to die, forget about sparring 7 to 8 rounds, what a waste
Tren can be really hard on your cardiovascular training, which is a shame since it is the best steroid on planet earth.

I know it's quite OT, but what is your opinion about the right test- tren ratio (for mass gain purpose)?
not being a smartass, but the obvious would apply here. use as musch test as your body can reasonably deal with (probably 1000 migs per week if you have half a penis) in relation to a reasonable amount of tren. I think its a safe rule in just about any application to keep the test at least a 25% more but really 50% more is ideal. In other words, when i used to love to run sustanon and deca, i woul run 500 migs deca per week and 1000 migs sustanon. I am not the expert on tremn but I think about the same rules apply.
