Not really. I've seen him several times at his walk around weight and was always surprise at how big he is. If I recall correctly he told me one time that he was around 210 lbs. Another one who surprised me the first time I met him was GSP and this was back in 2005 when he was competing in the Abu Dhabi in Long Beach, CA where he got smoked in the first round. He looked huge compared to what he looks like in the cage. I didn't ask him how much he weighed but just joked around about how we have a picture of him with a target at the gym I was training at which was run by Frank Trigg.
He pretty much put the nail on Frank's UFC career after Frank's fight with Hughes.
Once you're busted for juice you're always going to be looked on with suspicion. Any size gain or improvement in conditioning (in regard to body composition, not endurance) will raise an eyebrow. Fortunately, Tim Sylvia has never given us cause to believe he's back on the sauce.
