 But actually my first choice is the Pacific Northwest. Portland/Seattle area. That's probably where i'll go.

 The south looks good because it's cheap with warm weather and open space, but I don't think I could actually live there.

 I'm just trying to find a good place to live in Babylon.

Dining... go to  The Beach House (best restaurant in SD, maybe Socal), and Donovan's Steakhouse.
