Hi Guys

Don't know much about these compounds? anyone got any advise on

1. If they are worth adding to the mix or not?

2. And if they are worth adding when & how much should we be taking?

Just dont here gh15 talk much about these but know they are used alot especially with the pros, so whats the story anybody? ???
