Ken is two years older than I am. Obviously, I am not, nor have I ever been, a competitive bodybuilder. But damn, I hope I don't look like he does in two years! I think aging has something to do with genetics. Unfortunately, my parents died young probably because of their less then healthy lifestyles, so I have no idea how they would have looked at 70 years old for comparison. This is me today. It is my birthday. I am 67 years old and still working out.

Forgive my ignorance....what does "spatulas" mean? I'm guessing your aren't referring to what in the jars on our kitchen counter....then again....that is what is in one of those canisters.If spatulas means arms, I'm off to the gym today to work arms so my "spatulas" should be pumped up some today. LOL!
Now THIS is the Ken Waller I remember...When my son was in the second grade, he used to tell me about this kid named Ron Waller who used to bully him and a lot of the other kids around. When I went to pick up my son from school, I used to see this old guy that looked like he used to work out who frequently wore a World Gym sweatshirt.He was there to pick up his son Ron...I actually thought it was his Grandfather. I put two and two together and realized that it was Ken Waller! Damn, he aged badly! I didn't even recognize him! And that was 15 years ago!
looks like gh15 agrees with me ken waller could nail conditioning and come in super vascular and ripped. Now those are veins! and they are way better then jays. Ken in my eye has extremely thin skin almost see-through. this is the polish I admire. this picture shows a human anatomy chart every muscle is popping out and he is just shredded.when I say 2--4% this is what I mean. and like you said he did not abuse HGH and insulin and if he used EQ it was a very low dose as it only came in 50mg per ml vials if he even used it. also zane never used high amounts of gear. very minimal gear use. This shot of waller puts modern day bodybuilders to shame
