No i honestly didnt have a clue...like i said earlier i have been taking creatine monohydrate (5 grams) every day now for about 2 months with a scoop of whey protein shake after work..but i stopped taking the creatine about 3 days ago, also i read the article about protein about being shit and drinking egg whites instead. i already drink them but i am replacing the daily protein shake with a cup of eggwhites now to see how that works. limiting protein powder to only rite after workouts with rice cakes and a banana
