Say if you're stuck at a weight (not that I am btw.) how do you guys determine whether you need to eat more food or increase the amount of juice?

What's your cycle and doseages?  How long have you been on that level of doseages?  Have you tried upping the food for a good period of time and not seen more gains?  All these things need to be asked before you decide...

two ways around this... the easy and fast way:
up the gear... if you don't grow within 2 months (and i mean muscle not fat... a good indication of gear being the problem is increased hunger when you increase the dose, except for test) then you should know it aint the gear and you can go back down to where you were before dose wise and start looking at how much you eat

second, torturous, slow, and retarded way (because usually you stay on longer to see what's happening):
stay on the same amount of gear... diet down... get very lean... grow again (or imagine you're growing when you're just getting fatter... LOL)... then a couple of months after gaining 10-20 lbs, diet down...
if when you diet down you are almost the exact weight (less than 5 lbs difference), it's the gear. you need to up the dose if you want to grow more.


a couple of years back i went on 2000 mg test and 500 mg dbol per week... grew something like 20 lbs and hit an all time high within 3-4 weeks. then i went back down to my usual dose... and for the past 4 years... i've been competing at almost the same weight (85-88 kg)... that tells you something ;)... and just so you know... the better quality aas you choose (tren, mast, eq instead of that shit test) the better, bigger, and leaner you'd look at the same weight

up your slin sensitivity (1 week zero carbs, zero slin), dehydrate yourself 24h.. then boom 15iu each meal full carbs for a week or 2, repeat when gains stop again

this method always works when your body on carb depleted stage, then boom you blow up when you eat normal, no need slin

this guys awesome knows his shit for sure. Always struggled with same dose upping food intake. I'd stay same everywhere else but gett a bigger waist n bigger gut. Just like buse explained from ver eating ya weight went up but all on a thick big waist . Arms etc didn't grow or else where. Thanks for telling the truth buse lol. And his no test cycles.

Depends on how hungry you are now.  I mean are you hungry all the time and really putting down the food?  If not you should do like Buselmo said in the first part.  If you are eating like crazy you could try increasing your protein, carbs, or both and see how it he's for a bit.

If you are already ingesting 400gr of protein daily problably the problem will be gear.
Maybe it's time to mess with insulin to increase nutrient uptake.

I finally got to 220 @ 5'11'' (6% mind you, I am no fluffy 220) by eating a HUGE breakfast every morning, and then upping my carbs throughout the rest of the day dramatically.

My breakfast is a cup of oats, 4 whole eggs and 8 egg whites (I drink the eggs raw in a cup. I can't eat cooked eggs, it takes too long).

Then I have a second cup of oats (cooked of course) in the evening. Also, after I train I use 3 scoops of that 2:1:1 recover stuff (105 grams protein, 105 grams carbs). One hour later, I have a 2:1:1 recover shake with 2 scoops of the stuff (70 grams protein, 70 grams carbs).

Then I kept my diet as it was- I consume three other whole food meals throughout the day, usually 2 of them being rice and beef, and the other being whatever I want short of something I wouldn't feed my sister's cat such as mcdonalds.  I just essentially added 200 grams of carbs from the shakes, and an additional load of carbs from the oats (I don't know the figure). This shot me up from 212-220 relatively quickly, and since I just started pharm grade growth regimen @ 5 iu, my bf% actually has been dropping as my weight has been going up.

I am also on 500 mg deca, 750 sust, and 100 mg injectable d-bol daily (d-bol is about to end, i only run that stuff for 5-6 weeks at a time).

Just my 2 cents. I don't think you need to up the gear per se. If you can't grow on 1250mg-2000mg of AAS, then your diet is truly the problem (I think 1250 mg-2000 mg is the perfect amount in conjunction with a small dose of pharm grade or equivalent (kigs, novo, etc') gh @ 4-8 iu per day.
