yer, but I only got to 250% of my bw in deads and 150% in bench naturally when I used to focus more on powerlifting (nothing serious tho, I didn't know shit about training). Just training like a man and doing those damn deads and squats and you make progress.
my friend owns totally tho, his stats:
bench 220%
dead 330%
squat around 270% :d
good! and now I have to find a new place to deadlift
