All high intensity stuff of the 80's! I had 2 books written by him High Intensity and Super High intensity! Both books were the same except different pictures and in super high intensity you just did less sets!

all these bodybuilding books are shit.

you can summarize most of what you need to know in a few short articles (or even sentences) when it comes to basic training 'theory'.

other than that bodybuilding/training is a very practical activity so you need to put in time in the gym and actually learn how to lift and experiment some and find out what exercises work for you and your body.

and I say this as someone who has spent a lot of time reading training theory and looking at studies via pubmed.
