Gh perfect single dose

Someone told me today that the best amount of Gh to be taken at one time is only 2 ius! Anything more than that the body finds it hard to use it effectively and alot the Gh can be wasted! Multiple shots of 2 ius all day long is threfore ultimately the way to go to get the most from Gh?  ???Truth or baloie?

I think for a guy who doesn't want to compete I think 4-5 iu's per day will yield great results in combination with everything else.  Guys who are using 15-20 iu's a day are not doing it just to look good but for the ultimate purpose of doing some damage on stage.

No sorry guys your missing the point! You can take as many ius per day as you want but to get the most out of your growth you only take 2IU at one time! this is what the guy was saying! Anymore than 2 the body cannot utilise it completely and some of that growth is wasted! therefore you take the 2iu 5 x a day and you have taken 10iu! But that 10ius is completely  assilimilated and none is wasted!!!

I've taken gh in all ways and found the best to be multiple shots throughout the day, the least in my shots though was 4iu

From  my understanding you will lose some of the growth if you dose over 2iu's at one time. Dont know how much is lost but you lose something! Therefore if you want total absorption of your growth take multiple shots of 2ius day and night!
