Jezebelle and I did legs today.  Squats, squats and more squats.  I am on the intense cycle now of the Smolov programs and I think I have put around a 40-50 increase in my max.  Best leg program I have ever done.   Difficult, but very worth it.

i remember seeing some of your deadlift pictures pulling between 500-550, did you find that Smolov helped your deadlift or are you just using it for the squat?

Heavy back day. 10 sets of Barbell rows and 100 pull ups using as many sets as it takes. In and out in under 45 minutes
