Well, this all makes sense now. All these years I was doing barbell rows soooooo wrong. I needed this video to show me the way. Now there is no doubt Ill have a back like Phils.

At least he is easily understood.  Given that this is a seminar in a gym I would expect that (Toney Freeman is a 'tard no matter where he is).  Perhaps in one of those goofy "Road To the Off Ramp on the way to the frontage road to the Olympia" videos he might come off a bit different.  Those might sound like his magazine covers look.  Screaming.

Nice guy? Probably, but then Jay seemed nice as well.  Either one of them sounds smarter than Mr. Coleman.   His stuff always sounds like background chanting to a re-mix of "Livin' La Vida Retard".
