Mike Tyson's weight lifting poundages
« on: December 30, 2011, 12:22:59 PM »
Glenn Mccrory British boxer and former Tyson sparring partner was in the gym today i asked about Tyson one the weights he said Tyson would nt do them that often but every now and again he would "for a laugh" Glenn says he saw him bench over 400lbs, standing military press 225 for reps and squat 300lbs for very high reps.

Whose gimmick are you?You are obviously British with some knowledge of the fight game, narrows it down to Okami, Bradstani, Truegrit, maybe Goudy or stark since he lives In Britain
