Your logic fails because you assume to be in complete understanding of zimmermans motivations.  Unless you are aware of facts that we aren't, which you aren't, you have no idea why Zimmerman did what he did any more than the rest of us. 

Zimmerman had no authority which is a possible reason he behaved the way he did.

You can't really compare the two cases.  The Zimmerman incident is happening right now and the other case is several years old, and honestly way more brutal.  Zimmerman will see justice for this, in some form but it may take time.

What I have a problem with are people instigating racial animosity while crying about racism and injustice, without even attempting to understand the facts of the situation.  All that accomplishes is giving an idiot with a grudge the excuse to go out and hurt someone of another race to get even. We have seen that a thousand times before.

I really do believe that the media ran with the racism without even seeing the guy. The case probably has less to do with race and more to do with zimmermans desire to be the hero.
