Currently on tren. I know it wrecks your lipids and mine weren't that good even before I got on. I think high cholesterol runs in my family on my moms side. Yet my great grandma lived til she was 98.

I had hdl levels around 33 and ldl at the 180's back in march when I was off cycle for a month. I am a little worried it could be high right now as my heart has been kind of hurting when it.palpitates. It palpitates prolly once a day sometines once every three days. So what are the best otc supps for lowering cholesterol?

NAC?
Alpha lipoic acid?
Omega 3?

niacin is on of the few things that is classified as both a drug and a supplement. It has scientifically been proven countless times to be one of the most effective cholesterol medications available. make sure you use the regular niacin and stay away from "flush free" versions.
