Fellas,
Need a little help, I have lost about 60 pounds of fat, now I am 5'11 200 pounds, but I still have fat in the mid section. What advice can you give me to lose this fat. Should I concentrate on cardio? Should I do more abdominal work?

you need to check your diet and do cardio. reason you still got fat on your mid section is because it's likely the last place where it sticks. (in men mostly around the mid section, for women it's mostly thighs)
ab work wont make it disappear, you'll just work and strengthen your abs that's UNDERNEATH the fat (which of course is a good thing once you get rid of it... but without the proper diet and cardio that wont happen)

And of course the vacum exercise which makes the midsection look thiner.

If you lost 60 pounds it can be loose skin. It will take lot of time that straightens out.
