They do interesting vids, but he didn't say much about PCT at all. It was just take times off and go hard when you do use HCG. What about tore, stane, clomid, etc?

Never understood the concept of switching drugs during a cycle as "you build up a tolerance". I can see it from a contest prep standpoint to drop water but i haven't found physiological proof it occurs.
