1% or less
I would say the biggest most ripped bodybuilder on stage are closer to 1-2% for sure if their skin folds measure 1-2mm. so flex claim infamous 1% measurement probably isn't too far off really..
science says 7lbs of visceral fat is mandatroy for survival.so thatll be 3.5% on 200lbs guy.low 4% is pretty much absoute fatfree und the skin fat.as in everything striated.that underwater thing, how would that not overspil if cswol sat in it? btw as i said some other thread, this underwater method, im not so sure, its regarded as the gold standard, but i remember a guy i knew, not even bodybuilder, he was tested at 4% something underwater method, sure he was lean, but didnt look so shredded like even 6% bodybuilders.what gives maybe having less muscle lower fatlevels look less impressive

a ripped bodybuilder can look smoother than the average muscular ripped person and still have less bodyfat% because of their large amount of lean bodymass(muscle).to illustrate my point.take a box that is 100*100*100mm of meat. now give it a surface that is 1mm of fat. now take a box that is 150*150*150mm of meat and give it a surface of 1mm of fat also.fat% of the 100mm box, about 6%150mm box, about 4%I would say the biggest most ripped bodybuilder on stage are closer to 1-2% for sure if their skin folds measure 1-2mm. so flex claim infamous 1% measurement probably isn't too far off really..
if my family ever found a picture of me in a thong on stage they would disown me....hmm tough choice1. diet down, get on stage, kill myself with 600lb deadlifts and good mornings to diet on chicken and brocollli nd loose 10 pounds of muscle to be judged by a bunch of men 2. or live the dream, fuck hot chicks, eat like shit and enjoy the amazing food life offers while I walk aroundat 8% bf year round, without ever having to break a real sweat in the gym..... while my parents cover my car insurance. tough choice think doing a show will have to wait
