definitly one of the craziest benchers of all time. unreal. There is a 24 year old Russian..Kirill Sarychev who might have somethi g to say about it though. He has benched 700 in a full power meet i think twice already. damn impressive.

Sarychev is probably a better all-rounder than Spoto who just tends to specialise in benching but Sarychev's arch on the bench is ridiculous compared to Spoto's raw 705 which was basically flat.

yep. hit 722 a little while ago. dude's unbelievable. there are videos of him doing 0-600 and back without re-racking, 405x26, 675x3, 600x9 and all sorts of other insanity. i think he also pressed the 210s for 17.

Mendy actually tried to break his own record a couple months back after Spoto failed at his first competition effort to do so. 

Mendy put up a tremendous 660 opener and then tore his pec on the first 716 attempt.

I've never seen a vid of Spoto doing 495 x 22, but he did put up one doin 495 x 17.
