These guys seem like they just go through Vida and see if any Chinese warehouses can synthesis the steroid cheaply. Same with the amphetamines. They go for orphan or abandoned drugs that aren't federally restricted and pump them out until they get clamped down on. I'll admit that I've purchased some of these supplements and that they do work okay, but it's a bit too sketchy and conventional drugs work better and have some information available on them.
I think DS and Cahill should be made an example of this time around. They've pushed the bill and should have the book thrown at them.
If the product is conclusively proven to contain this specific ingredient look for DS to put blame on someone else, a Chinese source or whatever. But Cahill was very sneaky, he included an ingredient on the label with the exact same molecular weight as the "ETH", to fool testers if they suspected shenanigans. Now here it gets interesting, the product does NOT contain this other labeled ingredient at all!
So, we have one undeclared ingredient, one that likely falls under the analogue act.
Does not contain a declared ingredient.
And there's more. I have seen experts say Dendrobium doesn't contain any of the phenethylamines that the label lists as being extracted from the plant.
I bet there's no plant material in the product at all. It's just a "bath salt" type of concoction of all synthetic compounds. So it's no mistake on anyone's part that the ETH ended up in the product, all very much planned.
Apparently Gaspari sourced the "dendrobium" from DS/Cahill for their Detonate product, so they may be in trouble as well.
This Ron Cramer dude who has a major hard on for Gaspari says Gaspari's Plasmajet product contained a Viagra analogue. Despite the personal vendetta, I bet he's right. I told a friend who has used the Plasmajet about this and he goes, "well, a lot of guys tell me they use Plasmajet before fucking".

What a bunch of scumbags.
