I would imagine LESS food would counteract that.

For whatever reason, I always find it easier to lose weight in the colder months.

Cold weather is more TAXING on the system, especially if you take a good 3 mile walk everyday- burns MORE calories!!!

me too but we're not there yet, can't wait for winter to really get ripped,
