What do you mean bullshitting? Frank Zane COULD pose, and the shadow is not that easy to do.

Several BB with identical shadow  ;D, when Steve Reeves posed for mr.spaghetti in Australia  ;D
Fake is fake  ;)

Well yeah, he is using the same shadow, saves alot of time.

What's the problem?

It's not lazy, it's being efficient (if the shadow fits)

If the shadow was less time-consuming, i'm sure he'd use a different shadow for each one.

Sergio Oliva seldom posed his huge arms right. He had them too low in most poses and that took away from his symmetry. What a pity he didn't learn to pose better.
The same can be said for many of the top guys.

I edited a photo of Sergio taken in 1971 by Inge Cook, the wife of Arthur Jones. Very difficult to get things perfect but this gives an idea of a possible improvement.

The bottom photo shows a pose arranged by photographer Wayne Gallasch. This one has his arm right. The elbow should be closer to shoulder height.

Yea...if Sergio posed better, he could have won the Mr Olympia.... ::)

His muscle were so full he could not contract them fully forearms hit his biceps before full contraction.

It takes about a day to do one of these. I wrote to Frank about giving him the original sized photo but he returned my email saying he doesn't reply to strangers. He was at my place with Robert Nailon so he is full of crap.

He also sells things on his site so what can I say?

What is the instrument you use when editing with photoshop? Not mice?  No matter what you have, what you need is one of these:http://www.wacom.com/gb/en/creative/cintiq-24-hd-touch Brilliant not just for drawing, but photo editing as well.
