1. Poor Genetics, my great great aunt on my mother in laws side has high blood pressure.
2. Medical Errors, the cardiologist screwed up and my elephant sized heart was working fine.
3. Being too hard core, I saw the signs but ignored them to do what no one else could.
4. NSAIDs, that Advil I took for a headache that one time completely fucked my kidneys up.
5. Poor knowledge about gear, taking its fine but "thatguy" over did it and had no clue.
