Ok I am about 2 months into GH (first time I have tried any PED's) and when I discussed GH therapy with my doctor he said the 2  things he would be concerned about is:

1) Blood Pressure
2) Diabetes Mellitus.

he told be to start on a dose of 0.6ml for a months, do blood works and then go up to 1.2ml.

I did the 0.6ml for about 1 week, then ramped up to 1ml, then went to 1.4ml and eventually up to 1.8ml without his knowledge.

After that I came down to 1.2ml and have stayed at that dose for a while.

Question number 1:

How many IU's is in a ml of GH, is it 3.3 or is it 2.7?????? There seems to be different answers on the net!

Question number 2:

I bought myself a blood glucose monitor and i have been taking my fasting blood glucose levels consistently.

My fasting blood glucose levels in the morning (as of about a month ago were) around 5.3 to 5.5 nmol/l. I am European so I don't know how this converts to american readings???

Recently my fasting blood glucose levels have gone up to 5.9mol and as high as 6.2nmol/l.

Readings always taken before GH injection, first thing in the morning before any food, I don't eat usually after 8.30pm the previous day etc, so results consistent.

SHOULD I BE CONCERNED????

I am not gonna take insulin, so if it means coming off GH i will come off, as I don't want to fucking end up diabetic.

Also if i ditch GH and go on Test Prop instead, are there gonna be any problems with Test and blood glucose levels like there are with GH?

Thanks for your help guys

And you didn't listen to your doctor because??????

well very simple, first i told you youre not fit or ready yet for gh use.

second, 6.2nmol fasted is indeed high.

for reference i get 6.0 1 hour after eating something like 6000cals of pure cake all sugar and sat fats.

so thats def no good.

why only check fasted bloodsugar?you insane?check post meal bloodsugar.

and oh, check the serum insulin levels, this way you will know whether youre alreay fucked or not.

if bloosugar goes further up than 7 or even 6,5nmol post meals you have entered official diabetes zone, congratulation on being a retard lol.

also in what century has you doc graduated, just measuring bloodsugar wont establish whther one is diabetic, well, it will in the cases where bloodsugar spikes too high post meals.but many others wil slip under the radar.

i dont have the book at hand, but youre knda close to critical point,.

ah yeah bloodpressure i guess you know how that is monitored, this is simple.

no test will not cause insulin resistency, this is the term youre looking for, blood glucose levels and serum insulin levels go up when youre insulin resistent, this can happen from gh and will esp happen if the diet is shit, inadequate.

go off the gh ffs ::)
you havent even done a steroid cycle yet you havent got the muscle mass nor the training intensity to play around with gh.

you dnt understand the first thing about any of this.

if youre at 7nmol post meal, check every half hour for 3 hrs post meal to be sure, you have entered diabets-city.

just checked.

fasted 6.2 lol i hop this isnt after whole night of sleep.

sorry if i laugh at this, but mindless gh users do deserve this a bit ;D

esp when on top of wrong diet inadequate sport and cardio levels are given.

taking the peds but not training on the level where peds are required, meanwhile overeating, the daydreamers had it coming all along.

i laugh at it, bc diabetes 2,the one you will soon have or already have, is quite easy reversible.

but as long you dont fix things i gonna laugh in your face, sorry :D

just run test on its own, even 250 weekly will do very well for the first 6-12 months.

can lay off the gh for later on, and then take full advantage of it.

5nmol is perfectly fine.

test will not screw up insulin resistency, unlike gh, but a bad diet can do it, even for naturals.

the test you can run kinda without worry about such things.

test worry will be rather be bloop [pressure. too much dosage too high bp, to much calories, too high bloodpressure.

bp can be felt when it skyrockets, or one should be able, lol, its easy to feel, and then adapt the  calories.

or move around more,ie cardio, walking etc.

start using insulin. problem solved.

2 choices.

1 dose of long acting insulin in the morning.. or 2-3 doses of humulin R during the day.

I'd try the humulin r... maybe 5iu's to start and monitor your BG.

yah can start using insulin, but just to clarify i dont endorse that at all.

look, if your insulin sensitivty is shot, and you have permanent elevated insulin serum levels, adding more insulin exogenously will not fix the insulin resistency problem.

i say do it by diet.

and uh, stop the gh immediately.

8.4nmol is diabetes 2 straight up,no questions asked.its not little bit high, its beyond doubt.

wana know where this leads to?

to permanent inflamations everywhere short term, fatty liver (maybe you got this already) medium term, and kidney failure chronical long term.

this is how it goes.

so instead, do it with diet.

start doing cardio every day not next week, but tomoro.

all sugars out of diet. halfe the carbs, reduce the calories overall.

lose weight, you gotta lose weight.

this is the only way to fix the insulin resistency.

by injecting insulin you will shuttle the glucose into the muscle and god knows where, but the insulin serum levels will be high at all times.

hm, that bloodwork looks excellent, its perfect.

btw dont worry about the danger of diabetes 2, as long you lift and watch the diet, its easy and fast reversible.

hm, that diet looks good, can easy eat bit more than that bro.

add veggies, maybe a fruit a day, or some rice to that,it wont be a problem.

hm as to what gear to get.as first timer, youll do fine on deca, takes forever to kick in,though.

but try the deca first.

cheers :D
