Was interesting to say the least. The bar narcissism was rediculous, one dude walking around with no shirt on, a 65+ year old with no muscle with a ulti-color Mohawk. Highlights were the strongman and powerlifting. Went to the Rampage and spent some time there, Phil Heath isn't as narrow as some say and KaliMuscle is as natural as Obama is a natural born citizen of the US. Dude actually signed autographs without a shirt.
I got a picture if myself and Brian Shaw, dude is so big he's inhuman. Super nice and talked training for about 15min. Highlight of the day. Going back tomorrow.
