Thread on blood pressure
« on: January 11, 2006, 08:09:16 PM »
Hey Guys,

Awhile back I believe I scanned a thread on controlling bp during a cycle.  I don't recall the particulars now, and I could really benefit from the advice.  If anyone could point me toward the thread, or provide some insights, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

  • It's not a workout until you bust blood vessels

I have inherited high blood pressure - *adrenal*stress based.
I could feel my BP in forehead, arms and neck or places where
the skin IS thinner than the blood vessels - a sensation thing.
Felt a (complete) difference in less than 24 hours of first pill . . .
really within the first 3-4 hours. above mentioned *pulse went
away*.

I started BP treatments 4 years ago and feel much better.
I have been concerned over the past cycle(s) during this time.
No way around increased blood and intracellular fluid volume.
But, the biggest difference (75%) for me was with Arimidex
which did elimanate much of the bloat. And controlling salt
(fast food) in diet helped (25%) too.

Choice of meds of course depends on what type of BP issue
that you are having. I was lucky, (I think) I like the BP medication
that I am taking - no (limp noodle) sides - thank goodness . . .
Please don't f!!ck around with this (let it slide) . . .
take care of your self.
