Exactly, spend our money and resources on something other than foreign wars.  I like your idea about the cartels.  I wouldn't mind an invasion on Mexico, we can drop off all their illegals n the way.

To the point of Ukraine, I say let them have a plebiscite, and if the Eastern Ukrainians want to be in the Russian Federation, let them.  Self determination was a key idea in our independence, as well as that of post WWI Europe.  After that, let the South rise again.
