C'mon some very harsh comments directed at Arce. Doesn't seem to have a nasty bone in his body and I doubt the chap has the capabilities to pay people back already. And honestly did anyone really expect to get their money back? I'm sure he had great intentions to pay everyone however it's a lot easier said than done.
