There are new developments in the case of two bodybuilders accused of killing their assistant. Kelly Ryan woke up Friday morning in the Clark County Detention Center. Ryan arrived in Las Vegas Thursday evening; she is charged with accessory to murder and arson.
Ryan, along with her husband Craig Titus, were arrested near Boston last month for the brutal killing of their personal assistant Melissa James.
James' body was found in a burned Jaguar near Sandy Valley just weeks before the husband and wife headed east. Titus is charged with murder. Investigators say he was having an affair with James.
The couple originally refused to return to Las Vegas, but on Sunday a private extradition company drove them back.
As for Titus, he has not been booked into the jail yet, but that doesn't mean he may not yet be back in Las Vegas. The jail says he is not yet in the system, but could possibly be waiting to get processed which can take over 24 hours.
Ryan is expected in court Tuesday morning.
A third person was also arrested in connection with the case. Anthony Gross, 23, is charged with arson. He's accused of helping Titus set fire to the car that held the body of Melissa James. Gross is out on bail, but under house arrest until his preliminary hearing in April.
