actually he told me the best way is 6 weeks on 6 weeks off method

i was puzzled and asked him "but it takes even more than 6 weeks for the gear to really kick in" 


he gave me a weird answer about fast acting stuff


then i thought i got it and said oh so u always used fast acting


then he said well no i always used slow acting


and i wwas more confused still

then i decided to just stop asking questions

i think so, i told him about blast and cruiz principle but he said no no 6 on 6 off
