dude i went t5o high school with a guy who started doing squats and bench press and curls on a weight setup he put together in his room when he was 12. By the time he was in early high school he had tennis ball biceps, thick pecs and chunky legs...he was well on his way at age 13. absolutely this can be done at that age, in fact im not aware of anyone who started this early who didnt look really good shortly after..
i figure that if you are loaded with test and GH, and start training..you are going to get big and strong fast. arent hormones at about their peak at that age?
