Haha he's a loud mouth juicehead who went for the chuck lidell haircut but ended up looking more like Forrest Gump with a jet black dye job. Possibly Kiwi shoe polish

Yeah, but you can squeeze the plate on the lower part and balance it. It's the forced squeeze while doing the press that is impressive. It's definitely a "finisher" type move.

I also did the front raise version yesterday for my shoulder workout. Not as impressive because it's still a chest exercise. Something different, tho.

good tie in in movement..my chest responds easy,,,dips and flyes and there engorged 'no homo'with pump/blood..

Brutal. Maybe the plugs are still in 'progress', and he'll have the job finished off with more natural looking implants up front.
