Reminds of my shoulders.

If I do light weights for warm up I feel some slight discomfort in the movement but as soon as I load the weight it feels better.

Has anybody ever tried Reverse Hypers as seen in Loui's videos?

Are you referring to this?



They are a good exercise imho, very difficult even doing just one with good form requires great strength and coordination.  Barry Sanders used to rep them out holding a 45-lb plate :o
